What the price does and does not cover
A person on the billing team answers anything this list does not. Write to billing.
Thirty days from purchase, whatever you have watched, on single courses and on the first month of Plus. One click in your account, no form. Refunds on Teams invoices go through your named contact because the seat count has to be reconciled first.
No. The prices here are before tax. At checkout the VAT or GST for your country is added on its own line above the total, so you see the whole amount before you pay. Buyers in the United States pay no sales tax on a course, so their total is the price.
A course from $60 up can be split into three monthly payments at checkout, with nothing added. The first comes off the card that day and the other two on the same date in each of the next two months.
Yes. Moving to yearly takes effect the same day, and what is left of your month comes off the $290. Moving to monthly starts when the paid year ends, so the months already paid for are never refunded.
They stay yours. Plus opens the rest of the catalog beside them, and if you cancel, the courses you paid for stay in your library. The ones you only opened on Plus lock again, with your notes kept.
Five seats is the smallest team. Add one whenever someone joins and pay only for the days left in the period; remove seats at renewal. A seat can move to someone else at any time, and the progress stays with the person rather than with the seat they sat in.
Open a lesson before you pay for any
Every course plays its first lesson with the tutor switched on. Plus then gives you seven days of the whole catalog before the first charge.
